Addison Reserve now using Reclaimed water for Golf Course Irrigation.
Purdy Construction & Development, Inc. recently completed the installation of the reclaimed water tie-in and construction of the new design built pump building. It was a group effort between Addison Reserve; The Pignato Group; Nutt Irrigation; Mock Roos and Associates; Sullivan Electric and Pump; Flowtronex; and Purdy Construction. The project consisted of 700+ lf of 20” and 16" ductile iron pipe tied into an existing 24” Palm Beach County Utilities reclaimed water main. The new 35’ by 18’ concrete masonry building was designed to house a new Flowtronex centrifugal pump system. A new 450 amp 480 volt 3 phase electric service was installed to power the 4 -75hp centrifugal pumps.
